JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: SERVER
Part-time / Seasonal

Performs a wide range of duties involved with serving food and beverages to members and or guests. Must maintain a professional, yet friendly demeanor at all times. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. Complete closing duties. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests` service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: BARTENDER
Part-time / Seasonal
We are looking for a committed, responsible person that understands the importance of running a bar safely and effectively. The suitable candidate will be dynamic and have an outgoing personality with a pleasant and professional manner.  Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: HOUSEKEEPER
Part-time / Seasonal / Day Shift
Cleans all club facilities, including all areas of the Clubhouse (inside and outside), Caddie Shack, Administrative Office and the Blue Gray Estates Cottages. Dusts rooms furniture, baseboards, pictures, blinds, all visible areas. Cleans all designated bathrooms in clubhouse and offices. Vacuums carpets and mops floors. Empties all waste baskets and ashtrays. Disinfects telephones. Cleans and polishes brass. Washes inside and outside of windows and doors daily. Reports any damage, burned out light bulbs and plumbing problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Cleans guest rooms as trained (make beds, dust base boards, dust fans, clean robes, report missing robes to the Housekeeping Supervisor, dust all furniture, wash dishes etc.). Assures quality cleaning of all linens of guest areas. Reports any necessary supply and equipment needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Maintain outside furniture at the clubhouse, office and cottages. This position requires that you walk up and downstairs regularly. Lift up to 50 lbs. Other duties as assigned.

JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: LANDSCAPE / GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE
Full Time / Day Shift / with Benefits

This is an entry level position.  The position requires little or no experience on a golf course and close supervision and guidance.  Performs manual tasks on the golf course including but not limited to bunker raking, edging, weed eater, fly mower operation, spreaders, and backpack blowers. We are seeking a highly motivated person that has experience in operating and caring for golf course equipment. Will work on all aspects of the golf course grounds in order to improve the conditions of the course.  This is a full time position.  Benefits: Starting salary will be based on experience; excellent benefits available including paid vacation and holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401K, and potential scholarships for family members.  Other duties as assigned.
